Pricing and Policies: All classes are $10 for drop-ins.  Every 3-6 week session may be purchased for a discounted price if paid in full prior to start of first class. All events and workshops individually priced. Paying online is best method to guarantee your spot in any offering!

No roll-overs or refunds on prepaid classes. As always, if you must miss a prepaid class, you can gift your spot to a friend or relative. All workshops and events must be registered for and paid in advance.

Vinyasa Flow

Thurs: 7:30p


Body and breath come together in this fun, flowing class. Beginner friendly, but open to all levels, this class will expose you to a great deal of postures with modifications and adjustments as needed. Offered in 3-6 week increments. 


Sun: 6:30p


Safe and sequenced for women at any stage of pregnancy, no yoga experience required. Use this class to move, breathe, and connect with your changing body and growing baby. Women who have given birth in the last 12 months are also welcome to attend. Offered 3 weeks out of every month. 

Family Yoga


Geared for families with children ages 3-10yo, but open and welcome to families of all shapes, size, and makes. Use this class to connect with your Littles and have some fun together on the mat! FY is always a 100% donation-based class that will collect either money or supplies for a local charity/non-profit. 

Private Sessions

New to yoga or wanting the comfort of yoga in your own home? Private sessions are tailored to meet all of your needs and come right to you. Up to three people may attend. One-time sessions and reoccurring ones both available. 

Small Group Sessions


Anywhere from 4-8 people make for the perfect Yogi's-Night-In! Class comes to a host's house for an hour of yoga, styled to your preferences (vinyasa, yin, restorative) and level (beginner, moderate, advanced). Pool your resources to cover costs or treat your friends to a unique at-home experience. 

Company Self-Care


Take an hour to give your company mindful breath and body work, for the purpose of team building as well to benefit each individual practitioner. Can be scheduled as a one-time event or at a regular interval.
